These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Vendlio (the "Platform"), operated as a service that lets sellers create digital storefronts to sell serial keys, files, and services online. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Vendlio provides the software that lets a seller ("Merchant") build a storefront, list products, accept payments through third-party payment providers the Merchant configures, and deliver digital goods to their customers. Vendlio is not a party to the sale between a Merchant and their customer: the Merchant is solely responsible for the products they list, the accuracy of their descriptions, customer support, refunds, and compliance with the law in the jurisdictions where they sell.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use the Platform to sell or distribute:
We may suspend or terminate a store that violates this section, with or without notice, and may withhold payouts related to the violation while we investigate.
Vendlio does not take a percentage of your sales. Payment processing fees are charged directly by whichever payment provider you connect (Stripe, PayPal, a crypto processor, etc.) under their own terms, not by Vendlio. Some features are only available on a paid Premium plan, billed as described at checkout when you upgrade.
You keep ownership of the product listings, descriptions, images, and store content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Vendlio the license needed to host, display, and deliver it as part of operating the Platform. You confirm you have the rights to sell whatever you list.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present a fraud or security risk to the Platform or its users, or where required by law. On termination, outstanding customer obligations (like already-sold digital goods) remain the Merchant's responsibility.
The Platform is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Vendlio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost revenue from downtime or a third-party payment provider's actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
